Kritika Gupta

Kritika is a Ph.D. student and a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management at the University of Mississippi. She currently serves as the Chair-Elect for student division of the Society of Nutrition Education and Behavior. She is a recipient of Gold Medal for earning the highest CGPA in the master’s degree. She is also the recipient of the 2018 AcSIR-Kalam Fellowship and 2016 Swami Vivekanand Youth Award. In the past, Kritika has been actively engaged in projects involving food fortification. She is passionate about child nutrition, school wellness policies, science communication, and mental health. She describes herself as a Science Communicator, an advocate of Sustainable Development Goals, and of women in STEM. Apart from numerous presentations and seminars at educational institutes, she has spoken many times for All India Radio as a Guest Speaker. Her platforms of instruction include Instagram, Twitter, and Quora.
